Don't give a **** about him anymore. If he comes out with a statement now is far too late, won't wash with me.

Sam Clucas are we seriously thinking of paying £12 Million for this guy? He's not worth £5 Million in my view, another flop if he comes in...........<ok>

Well it looks to be a Clucas & Arias to start with. Not excited about the former, but intrigued about the latter. If he's the 'Olsson' on the right, could be interesting in our attacking play. Gives Clement the option to play 3 at the back more often, if we've got the wing-backs.. A wing-back, Naughton is certainly not, for that matter, is he even a full-back...

Hers's what someone said on the Hull Independent Forum:

As for Samuel Clucas. £16,500,000 on his back. Really.

I just lumped on Cyril and the Village People for relegation. With all due respect to the erstwhile Mr. Clucas, if Swansea have him as a replacement for Sigurrdson then they are a) gonna be deeply disappointed with their purchase and b) be a few points short of safety.

I never heard of Kingsley BTW. "

Cyril and the Village People <yikes>.........

Lets be honest there is always going to be one or two bitter people who no matter how good the player is, are going to say they are ****e as they are leaving to o to a better side, I will judge him on what he does here, not what some bitter Hull fan has to say. I jut think he will end up being a good signing and have the feeling this signing has something to do with PC wanting him.

Anyone heard anything on Chadli? That seems to have died, thankfully.

That's normally a bad sign when things go quiet, we will probably pay 25m for him. If we could get him for under10 I think I would take him, but that just isn't going to happen.

Having signed Clucas I cant see Chadli coming here to be honest.

Anyone else think we should play Fer in Gylfi's slot, put Ayew on the bench and see what this Clucas guy can do?

Not for me, I would try Clucas further forward. If I had to play Fer then yes it would be further forward as I don't think he has the energy to play deeper or is just lazy. I have this debate with my mate constantly about Fer, I think he is a bit of a marmite player. I am on the side that his best position is on the bench and then coming on later when everyone is tired and has slowed down and then at his pace.

I'm all for Fer playing in Siggy's spot ( I also think Clement thinks this too ) , just not at the expense of Ayew . I think Ayew will do real well as the season progresses . I'm a bit worried about Abraham missing some easy chances already though , I think he will do a bit of bench warming as people come in and injuries return

I guess he's hardly likely to start ahead of Llorente or Bony if he arrives, so yes, an impact sub <ok>

Clement seemed to have a go at him in the press also , so that won't help his starting chances I guess

Indeed, it's not often a club gives develops a player's career twice.

Clement has realised he's just got a girl's comic on loan, that's why

Hull fan in peace, the Village People btw are Burnley.
Anyway we are still in disarray with our stupid, inept owners.
I hope Sam works for you , have to hand it to him he is a determined lad.
All we want is new owners to rid of the nightmare of the last few years, our recent history is similar to yours but you have consolidated.
Anyway good luck, hope to be back soon

This practice of selling our best players will keep the club permanently in the relegation zone until they finally drop out of the PL, Ash and Ayew last summer now Siggy and Llorente this summer, can't wait to hear what garbage Landon Donovan has to say about it.............................:emoticon-0173-middl

Going to be hard for Siggy to score or assist when Everton don't get a shot on goal .
