I'll be in NYC for the first game of the season, staying around mid-town on Lexington. I think there's one or two lads come on here who live in NYC so was wondering if they have any ideas as to where I can watch the game live at 8 o'clock on a Sunday morning. Thanks in advance for any help.

You could try the football factory. It's eh as a bar but they usually carry every fixture. (Even then I would check ahead however).

I think this could classify as the match thread, excessively more detailed than usual

Smithfield Hall, got a lot of interesting draught beers and an Irish Breakfast, same as Full English near as damn it as well as the match.

Thanks for the suggestions lads, they all seem good options. Fitzpatricks/Wheeltappers is only a 7 min walk from my hotel so I'll probably end up there if they are showing the game (will check the day before). Smithfield Hall is definitely showing it though as they list the games on their web site.

Anyone know where I can watch the Huddersfield match?
I'll be in a tent somewhere in the wilderness near Carnac in Brittany.
Preferably a place that doesn't allow children because I've got the grandkids.
Oh yes, it must sell Brown ale and not be too fussy about excessive profanities should we get beat.

    I await your help..<ok>

Love the area. My favourite ice cream shop,Igloo, is in Carnac. I'm jealous.

My daughter's been a couple of times and loves the place, I've never been so looking forward to it.
