The worrying thing from my point of view is the defence. We have conceded 4 in 2 games .are we playing more attacking football or are we as I suspect missing the presence of pierre
Can't say "attacking" is what I would call it, from the first game of the season. In fairness, the first goal we gave them was an error from Southwell, so not down to missing Pierre. I can't comment on Saturday, but it sounds like we got past 80 mins 3-0 up and just relaxed too much. Sounds like we caught Vale good and proper with our physical style and they capitulated. Issue is that the vast majority of teams in League 2 now know exactly what to expect and combat us quite well - leading to turgid games and many draws I think when teams play football against us and the game is more expansive, then we do respond well and the likes of Saunders can really get a grip of the game.
