    Only on the theory they're in form, Burnley and the like got surprise results last year (and this by the look of it) doesn't make them great

    As expected for me. A negative display but if you are Rafa you have to play the way you have to in order to get a result. Going head to head with Spurs would see us beaten 9 times out of 10. So his game plan was a good one and going ok until baldy decided to play the hard man.

    We will just have to buckle up, we have a weak team and squad, and we will have to play a lot of negative counter attack to get results.

    We will be fine this season. It won't be pretty but I expect us to survive. Next summer will be the key for Rafa. TV money and no excusrs.

    Gayle will score goals but he plays a specific type of way and in some games will just be anonymous. He's sharp and clinical in any league though. You are probably right that he won't get enough goals though.
