If you were Ehab...actually that's not a fair way to start anything...if you were the owner of a club (that's better, save readers feeling any more unclean) and you and the mama get had publicly set your own targets for incoming players, and had both spectacularly failed to achieve them, you would be telling the interviewer that you need to explain to the fans what's going on and you'd be making sure the interviewers questions allowed you to answer with the explanation, and ideally a bit of positivity and a rallying cry to encourage people to join the membership scheme too

I'm amazed somebody hasn't already. Absolutely amazed. He treats fans like ****e, with utter contempt. It really is astounding that somebody hasn't twatted him by now.

 

I know exactly what Ehab will say though. That he has been trying hard to attract players but we are an unnatractive club in a part of the country players don' t want to come to. Okay, we know this is partially true but it just plays right into his hands to have a ready made excuse.

I actually agree with Sterling on this at least.
It's not just about the clubs interviewer. And it's not just about interviews with Ehab. And it's not just about ****e PR.
I keep banging on about it, but the fact is our local media are ****e at holding the club accountable. The questions are so friggin obvious, and need answering. Not full details but adequate answers on what the hell is happening at OUR club.

 

That's what happens when you give them nothing to fight for.

 

Whereas the old man was okay with me. I've held Rehab in utter contempt since he looked down his nose at me at the pre-season Ferriby match in SB's first season. He came across as an arrogant little $hit then. Nothing has changed. He's learned £uck all in all that time about football or football fans and that my dear friends is a clear recipe for disaster. If he pulls his finger out and signs a few and gives us a decent chance then I'll be the first to say 'well done fella.'

 

He treats almost everybody with contempt but they keep going back for more.
If this was a restaurant and he treat people with this much dislike it'd have been closed down a long time ago.

Players won't come here now because of the poisonous little twerp ruining* the club, not because of the City or it's people. Amongst many, even Thud said he was happy here, with the lifestyle etc.

It is his and he will do exactly what he wants with it and it's employees.
That has been proven over the last 3 years.
It's a completely Cold business that is totally Faceless and may never get back to what we had a decade ago.
The whole experience of being a Hull City fan has been totally wrecked by this nasty little ****er.

 

I understand your point, but its a nothing point really. I get the connection with London and even Birmingham, but I think I can safely say that out of the 24 Championship teams at least 18 are **** holes and Hull is not one of them.

What a transfer thread this has been over the last few days - almost exclusively players transferring out. I thought we were supposed to have 90% of the desired squad about two weeks ago...........there is something nasty lurking in the woodpile
