Steam sale going on at the moment for PC games.

    Picked up Democracy 3: Africa
    Banished and
Total War Rome II : Emperor Edition

About $23 for the three games. Democracy 3 and Banished both good but seem to lack a lot of replayability. Haven't played Rome yet. I know I'll love that one.

Not bad... obviously UScentric ...focuses on 4 american towns... individual stories of men they sent off to the various theaters of ww2.., the people that migrated to the towns for war work : how that inflamed racial and gender divisions etc etc.

    Lots of footage you've probably seen before. M9st i have.some i haven't tbf .

Started watching the new Fargo. Seems pretty similar to the others. Still good so far.

American gods. Watched ep1 seems a tad **** thus far.

Plan on watching the latest house of cards.

Been trying to watch westworld. Still have no idea what's going on.

    Watched the Amazon pilot Oasis.

Intrigued. Hope they at least make the first season to see how it plays out...otherwise I'll have to go read the book its based on!

    Logan.
An interesting take on what happens to superheroes when they get older and their powers become unpredictable and start to fade. Hugh Jackman is great as Wolverine, older and dying, his body betraying him and Patrick Stewart is good as an old, broken down Prof X. But I thought the young girl was wonderfully expressive as the snarling, confused and scared center of the film. I think it's one of the best x-men film I've seen (not seen dofp or apocalypse ) 8/10

Took Jackman enough time to get the character right but he finally nailed it.

I think that the director/writer nailed it and the fact it was R rated helped Jackman with the language and action scenes.
