The changes continue to come! I wonder if this has any link to us leading, then falling apart in the later stages of games last season.
Hard to tell from the press release, it's not clear whether he was let go as a result of not being up to scratch, or because of one from a whole host of other possible reasons. It wouldn't surprise me if the replacement comes from the continent though.
Our fitness was certainly an issue last season - we blew up too many times for it not to be a factor.
He had quite a say in day-to-day affairs though I think. If anyone saw that "Day in the life of Russell Martin" video recently, half their day seemed to be fitness analytics and testing etc with only a relatively short period actually out on the pitch. Maybe that was the issue re:fitness.
Oops what have you said Bradders, I don't think this will go down well with the Derby fans http://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/der...-city-return/story-30399505-detail/story.html
From the article "Johnson has another two years left to run on his current contract with the Rams - and admits he would be open to a return to Carrow Road if the opportunity arose."
Ooooh! RB Leipzig has a Champions League ban (As good as certain). A lot of players there on demand! Especially Naby Keita, who I think is potentially as good or better than Kante!
What the flook is all this man-love for Bradley Johnson all of a sudden. Pathetic it was actually good business for the club - shame they didn't invest the proceeds a bit more wisely http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2017/06/2...ge-club-to-re-sign-derby-county-midfielder-b/
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40327759 That's a bit sad. Leave as Head Coach of Oxford to be an Assistant. He was doing really well there as well. Automatic Promotion and 2 finals at Wembley in 3 years. It's a shame. Oxford is such a big and beautiful place. I'd like to see them come up the leagues.
Change of mind from UEFA, as Red Bull now ONLY sponsor Salzburg - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40348340. Just read this - "Leipzig were founded in 2009 with backing from the company and won four promotions in seven seasons, before finishing second in their first ever top-flight season." Yet ANOTHER example of how money is ruining the game!!!!
I don't know how all these teams do it. Always seems to happen to us when fighting for a title or Against relegation. Pompy, QPR for Titles, Bournemouth the other seasons. Cheating does seem to pay.
