The Yonges didn't want Bruce which is why, I assume his transfer targets were vetoed. I heard they wanted Zola at one point and he was interviewed. That would have been a disaster, and they wanted to keep Hermandez which is why he wasn't sold.
Honest Guv''... we wanted to sign ABC, we didn't want Phelan the potential new owners did. But as has been said, you can't ask for anymore than answering the questions and acknowledging that they want to leave too. It has to be clear to them that they only way they will sell this club is to be back in the Premiership, so lets hope that the 4 seemingly certain outgoings creates a pool of funds for the new manager with the same philosophy of football to purchase replacements and attempt to do just that. For me its automatic or bust, so I wont hold my breath. Interesting on YOUTUBE comments have been disabled for the video...
Interesting that Paddy Power sponsor of the Palace forums make Silva 4/11 to take over, 1/2 at Betfair.... BUT you can still get 6/4 with Ladbrokes...!!!
The second camera angle is at the wrong side - amateurish. It needs to be just right of the main camera but a tighter shot.
So - Marco fitted into the way City play, by bringing in Grosicky and Markovic as wingers. Jesus wept...
Marco's take on the (half-) season: "After nearly six months as Hull City's manager it's time to announce that I will not stay for the 2017/18 season." Silva wrote. "It was a thrilling experience, as our staff, players and fans came together in a brave effort to stay in the Premier League, and we all believe that, had we started this journey earlier in the season, we would have achieved what the fans truly deserved, which is to see Hull City retain its Premier League status. "I would like to thank the club's Chairman, the players and all the team staff, for their effort and support, and I will never forget the way the fans made me feel at home. "I will remain a supporter of the club." http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/marc...ll-city-fans/story-30355659-detail/story.html
I haven't watched it because it's obvious what it'll be. The usual scripted North Korean style stuff. His style is always to talk only on his terms and when he wants with that passive aggressive style of constantly digging at the fans. And it really is constant throughout his words. If he really said "I don't know else we can do" (no reason to doubt you of course) then that's just utterly ****ing disgusting. But as ever, not a surprise.
I was thinking Love and Cox then. Don't anybody bother with the 'I always knew you Love Cox' reply...
No wasn't aimed at you in the slightest, just the people who slag everything he say's despite some of it been pretty honest and accurate.
I reckon he was been pretty honest about us intending to push for promotion, I reckon he was been pretty honest about the saga that happened last summer, I reckon he was been pretty honest about him stating a sale is the best option as they have taken us as far as they could, I reckon he's also been pretty honest and accurate when he says they have overseen the most successful era at this football club. Out of interest, what did you have issue with out of that interview?? Just curious
He wouldn't know anything as he hasn't even watched it , he just has nothing but hate for them both which, whilst I can kind of understand, I would expect him to at least watch it if he is going to comment on it *shrug*
That actually put me to sleep, his droning mono tone zzzzzzz. Anyway it's exactly what you would expect him to say, no reason to start building the statue just yet. Nothing about resolving the problems off the pitch. The things they have done make him a ****, talking nice things won't change that, only his actions. TWT but i'm not holding my breath.
