Better tell a few others Gandy! <laugh> Huckerby has gone about becoming a coach in the right way, but having said that, SW will probably sack him! <yikes>

I'm sure someone who claimed to be ITK (NOT me!!!), said that they had come back to Norfolk and bought a house near Loddon, so that the children could attend Langley school.

He has a house in Norfolk. He bought another house build by our family business. He bought one when he was last here, sold it when he left Norwich, He bought another one at a different one of our sites. Good few months ago.

I thought Flippancy was in line to be goal keeper coach, but apparently there is no room for him according to ncg, who is ITK.

Taylor isn't as good as what people outside of Leeds perceive him as. I've always thought he'll play prem but only run of the mill prem, he's almost 24 now. Howson on the other hand I thought would go a long way towards the england team so maybe I don't know everything...

But taylor can be weak defensively and does get caught out of position. Probably our best crosser of the ball and does get forward well but compared to Ayling on the other side he's not as good an attacker (or defender really). We'd obviously ideally like to sign him to another contract but he hasn't even been playing in the first team because of Berardi (an RB playing LB) outperforming him.

Marley Watkins? Last week we had an article about how many Midfielders we have! This week we are being linked with another winger!

    Atm we have:

    Murphy
    Murphy
    Wildschut
    Wes (as back up)
Pritchard (as back up to wide positions)
    Jarvis

Hopefully Jarvis will go but do we really need another winger?

Perhaps the sale of one (or both <yikes>) Murphy boys will subsidise it? <whistle>

Watkins seems to be a strong rumour with Paddy Davitt not even using the rumour word. Instead we get:

"Norwich City have moved into pole position to sign former Barnsley attacker Marley Watkins".

Watkins isn't really a winger though. This season at Barnsley he has played 19 games on the right in CM, 13 games as a striker and only 2 games at WR. He's not a great crosser but is quick, tall (6'1"), and can score from range, with his head or by dribbling through defenses. He had 10 goals and 7 assists in 34 starts and 8 sub appearances. He might be seen as a replacement for Dorrans (who has been rumoured with a move to Scotland) and a third option as striker. Terry Butcher, his manager at Inverness, said of him: β€œHe is quick, has a lovely touch, he is immensely strong and good in the air. He is a nice lad too, I never had a problem with him – he was a pleasure to work with. He has got unbelievable potential and is hungry to succeed.”

Paddy's article, which also has a video compilation, is here: http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/norwich-city-close-in-on-marley-watkins-1-5018514
