Yes, both big stories of the marathon concerned Swansea Harriers runners - Josh Griffiths being the first Brit home and Matthew Rees helping another runner cross the line. We're nice people here in south west Wales :D

Eugenie Bouchard has been complaining about the reappearance of Sharapova in the women's game again. I do think Bouchard is being highly selective in targetting Sharapova as there have been a number of other players who have been caught using banned substances, Djokovic's countrymate and Richard Gasquet being two who have been banned but nobody has suggested what Bouchard is saying about Sharapova should be applied to them. Bouchard would be better off concentrating on her own game if she is to develop beyond Canada's most promising player that was given to her a few years ago.

Yeah, I don't agree with Bouchard that Shriekapova should never play again but she should have had more of a ban. I've said before that if she was a lower ranked player and not as attractive as some think she is then I bet that the ban would have been upheld. I never watch her matches at Wimbledon because I can't stand the noise but I'd love for it to be made clear to her that she's not welcome. She's a cheat, plain as day as well as being a very good actress...

I would ban her just for the grunting/shouting.
I really don't know why it is allowed, and can imagine more than a few of her opponents letting it get under their skin, when playing her.

I just wish people in the audience would shout SHUT UP more often. She might actually stop if enough people keep on shouting it, tournament after tournament.

She is not the only one who grunts but I suppose because she is high profile, and is now perceived to be a "drug-cheat," by some (the substance that she was taking having been legal up until the end of 2015) but she is certainly getting targetted more than others which is not entirely fair.

PS: I am not a Sharapova fan, and alas I will have no lady to cheer this year as Serena has decided it is baby time, unless Sloane Stephens comes good.

Andy Murray just gone through to the semis in Barcelona...won 2 sets to 1 with a tiebreak in the last set. Challenging game with some terrific rallies....couldn't have complained if he'd lost.

Don't see it being that early. Think the early rounds will be really cagey while they size each other up.

Hoping for a Joshua win myself though.

The way I'm looking at it currently is that Wlad is (potentially/probably was) a great tactical boxer, got done by Fury as he moved round the ring loads so he couldn't get set. I think Joshua might stay and basically try to end Klitschko as he is a big hitter, but Klitschko has all the experience and know how to not get hit, and with Joshua staying still (to an extent) it will allow Klitschko to get his jab going and play to his strengths of being a great technical fighter. Neither have a great chin, can see Joshua trying to fly in and Wlad picking him off, but whoever lands a biggish shot first wins. And I think that one of them will land pretty early, probably Klitschko as he is good enough to avoid being hit, and catch Joshua himself.

For me, the longer it goes on the more likely it is Klitschko will win.

100% hoping for a Joshua win - he's a Brit, a lovely bloke and an exciting boxer.

Tough task tonight though. Going to be tight.

Agree with all of that mate... really think he will go on to unite the division if he wins tonight and politics allow it.

Will be tough tonight but I do fancy him.
