    Good Morning Everyone,

I've got a message for you from Garry Monk.

    This will cheer you up.

It's the hard work & commitment throughout the whole season that's put us in the play-off hunt. We'll keep going until the very end. #MOT

I told you that would cheer you up!

Bellusci has picked up more yellow cards than anyone else in Serie A. 13 in total!

He was instrumental in helping his Empori side beat AC Milan at the weekend though.

Stoke are the latest club to be eyeing up Kyle Bartley. The 25 year old (doesn't he look a lot older?) have a hot of clubs monitoring the situation.

Leeds mustered only two shots on target against lowly Burton on Saturday. Would we agree that Hernandez permanent contract has more or less coincided with his fall from grace?

Latest rumours around Elland Road is that we are eying up a couple of strikers. Damn shame this was not done in January when we had the opportunity.

    Morning all...

IF Rad invests and builds on this season and we keep the important players and add some more quality then this season has been exciting and a great one building that platform.

I would hate for it to all be for nothing and all back to square one.

Yes I believe the team will keep going to the end, but they said that on Saturday and choked. Everyone knew what would happen by getting 3 points but bottled or choked or stuttered because of a lack of experience and too many having a mare at the same time. Think they know the pressure is off now a little and being at home I expect a great display against Norwich. Results didnt go our way on Saturday anyway but level on points is better than 3 behind.

Lack of investment in January is at fault, just like last time when we should have done back to back promotions like Southampton (Look where they are now) stories that Cellino told Rad to forget throwing money at it, whatever happened Monk wasnt given a new contract, Monk wasnt given the players he wanted because the board felt they knew better than Monk. We need Rad to make a statement quick to say: Monk is staying and signed a contract, Pontus is staying, Bartleys staying, we aint selling anyone of quality and Monk has a war chest because we are deffo going for it next season

    But he wont

Morning ristac, well said. A quality early signing is needed to show intent.

Morning Doc, look how Villa have strengthened since coming to the Championship. Also, look at the forwards the Wendies have...

    We need to match this...

Morning chaps. It has been a great season compared to the usual rubbish. As doc and Ristac have correctly pointed out, it will all have been for nothing if we don't push on from here. Whether our owners have the bottle or the cash to do the job properly is very debatable. Big contract required for Monk and Wood. Quality midfielders urgently required. They cost money and are not available as loaners or out of contract freebies. I just know that in august we'll be scrambling around as usual trying to see what cheap options are left towards end of transfer window. Our fans deserve so much more. I can handle our failure to make the playoffs, barely, it still hurts. What I can't handle is the prospect of going back to where we were last season. Hopefully rad will prove me wrong and it won't pan out like that

    Morning All

If I was Bartley I'd been look at who would give me 1st team football game in game out or time on the bench and I think that would be use who will give him 1st team football.

a Couple of strikers? Have you got names? TBH we need strikers I thinks it's the one thing we've been screaming for, for a couple of seasons

morning all sorry can't bring myself to put good.
ever since the new year players coming in farce during which Monk had to settle for dross loan players i have feared the worst.we have come up short and bar a collapse by weds or fulham which would make the last game a nervy affair for all.the thing is if that happened then would we bottle it again ?.

    Morning,

We'll beat Norwich and go into the last game at Wigan still in with a shout of a playoff place, and with Wednesday playing Fulham someone's guaranteed to drop points

Even Reading and Huddersfield are catchable

We've always done things the hard way, so you never know

I think there are too many PL clubs like Stoke who will give him first team action. After this season Hull would be mad not to keep him. If we don't go up I don't believe we have a chance of signing Bartley. A shame as he would be my club captain

I have hope that he will stay for next season but we need some decent back up for him and Jansson. I don't think Cooper is good enough.

Bartley is with Swansea. Our best hope is they get relegated. Even if they do, well be looking for him on loan again likely so that wont get tied up till August. Whatever business we do needs doing quick but that usually requires cash up front and we know the chances of that. Its still the first eight games of the season gone by thats caused us as many problems as our recent run. A couple of wins last August and wed have pushed the autos till recently and would have cruised into the playoffs

Bartley is massive mates with Ayling, think they even live together with their wives etc. So that will be a big help to try and keep him but if he sees a lack of ambition he walks away. Swansea may demand he goes back to them as Clemment is no fool and would need some quality in defence. Strikers either need to come good by this Summer or they need selling on. Roofe is big mates with Woody why not try 4 4 2 next year, but is Roofe good enough to start scoring in a new formation. Our other Swede came with a big reputation but has hardly featured, is he good enough to play alongside Wood in a 4 4 2? If not they have to go, but to play that formation we need 2 top midfielders one a schemer (remember that description you oldies)

O'Kane was part of the team that ripped Derby and a couple more teams apart, so think we need to use him more but suspect Bridcutt hasnt had the impact we all expected. Is big Alphonso good enough, what the fook happened to Barrow, another Grimes? yes we need Monk signed up and a plan for next season or everything goes back to fighting to stay midtable.

Said it plenty of times on here, but every season in this league gets harder because of parachute payments and the quality of the prem clubs dropping. Next season Sunderland, Mids, Derby, Norwich, Reading, Fulham, Villa, Birmingham, Cardiff, Wolves, Forest, Swansea or Hull, We will be the only club with no parachute money or investment

I agree that we need to act quickly and I hope people at the club are looking around for what we can get out there. Having Bartley on loan doesn't bother me as long as we still have him next season. What I don't want to see is another drawn out Bridcutt esq saga

A big problem is Rad admitting he hasn't a clue about running a football club and I don't remember seeing any announcement of any new directors joining? So does that mean Cellino still pulls the strings in that department, if so it is unlikely we will sign many permanent players, the loan route will be the way we go and as players usually have contracts up until the end of June and going on the past I don't believe we will be signing anyone anywhere near quickly enough
