It'll be Woy won't it ? With Rowett and Warburton placed elsewhere Woy looks favourite from where I am sitting, maybe as DoF ? I get the feeling this will drag on a bit with a Director of Football announced first and then, after extensive scavenging in Europe and beyond, we'll hear something in the summer
Maybe Colin is talking himself up for the role http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39264495 As much as he is an absolute prat, he is a decent manager.. but you just wouldn't go and say that would you, Cardiff fans must be a bit peeved reading that
Delia will bring in Woy as DOF and then keep Irvine as first team manager, I hope I'm wrong but I just have this gut feeling.
As KIO says my gut feeling is Woy is coming in upstairs, hes to old to manage properly now and wants to put his feet up in retirement, just like loads of other free loaders whove passed through our doors over the years, the only hope is we do something radical when it comes to choosing the actual manager, someone young and needing some guidance from uncle Woy, the words radical and smith and jones dont sit well together though so i dont hold much hope, ide be pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong though...
How about this for a thought, and it is a thought, not my opinion. Malky as manager and Roy as director of football?
Was the "ass manager" a smutty reference to homosexuality? A typo? Or a funny pun referencing donkeys?
But it's set in stone - don't forget this is NCFC. Walker - Deehan - Megson. Hughton - Adams Neil - Irvine. It's basically a 'step sideways' exercise - much like Tom being groomed for similar duties to auntie Delia within the boardroom. Otherwise known as a closed shop.
There was a point I wanted Malky as our new boss. That was after Hughton I think. Not thought of him since. Is he still unemployed after Cardiff and the law case?
It was actually a typo, but it could be a pun for the board!!! Exactly - they should be Mutually Exclusive IMO!!!
Have we got a new manager yet? I should be excited by a brave new Dawn and the possibilities of a new manager, but just like Neils football, all I feel is trepidation and a sense of impending dispair! With both Rowett and Warburton snapped up double quick, our foot dragging efforts to hire an inevitably unsuitable, cheap option have me very worried.......It's that or the effects of 6 pints of ghost ship! Bah!
We are scouring Europe for a defence a spare striker and C E O this has been going on for a few years but when they find the right men for the job Norwich City FC will be a footballing power house. A manager and coaching team are not high on the priorities list at the moment.
Looks like we've 'dodged a bullet!!!' - http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic..._turn_down_top_role_at_norwich_city_1_4931017 Though he may come in as an advisor and I don't have a problem with that!!!
