Klose seems to be yet another player AN has a thing about. Another one he hates. We are running out of pickable players!

Assuming that the 12479 paid the full £25, then net receipts at the gate would have been circa £312k. If we had have had the same attendance on Saturday as we did against Man City in 2016 (24507) then a smaller charge of £15 (which I would have paid and I guess many others would have too) would nave netted £367k.

Got yer maths wrong there Jezza !!!!

Plus the add-ons (programme, half-time poison, I mean coffee, food etc)

A N was right to admonish him, but totally wrong to do it in front of the media as opposed to in private.
Thing is, Brady & Klose are our most valuable 'assets', so if the club does need to sell to re-invest, as looks likely, is Neil just nudging Klose a little closer to the revolving door...that leads out of Carrow Road?
    <£££> <$$$$> Desperately poor man-(mis)management if so <doh>

Depends in you factor in costs as we'll i.e. Policing, stewarding, staff on turnstiles, food stalls open, staff cleaning up after etc. Even if you don't it's only 55k difference which in the grand scheme of things is peanuts.

There's the rub, OCF. Newbies, first-timers, young kids (if for £1) at which point daddy might feel
inclined to buy the kid a scarf or something from the club shop, too.
Short-sighted, greedy and inexplicable for a mid table second tier club.
    ****ing disgraceful, in fact <grr>
Especially after in that interview, when Delia said “I really do feel for supporters. They’re treated so badly" Full transcript here if the Times will let you read it without coughing up a few quid for Delia and her crooked cronies <grr>

Yes, KIO. Neil should've saved it for the team meeting when analysing the game afterwards. But Neil has a tendency to to stupid things to reporters. He is tight-lipped when he wants to be eg. on transfers.

I wonder if he has a problem with happy people like Lafferty, Klose, Canos. Maybe they don't get downhearted enough after a loss.

Beat Southampton away and then at home to Arsenal! Can't ever remember a tougher draw for R3 then R4

No way in hell, but I hope we do too, so we can have about 5,000 attend in that fixture.

I'd absolutely love it, if we got through, played arsenal at home, ticket prices continue (obviously) and we got half the attendance of Southampton!

Fixtures like Prem teams of Southampton and Arsenal (European teams) should be big draws for support for us.

Take our sell out ticket money, all our merchandise money. Get all that Premiership money and parachute money. Spend Nothing! Buy no-one who all the fans have said we have needed for the last 5 seasons. Then charge that for a cup game!?

My club really does disgust me. I have felt ashamed to be a Norwich supporter for a good few seasons now. Horrible feeling.

Can't argue against a single word of this. And just a few weeks ago, lying toad Moxey said "we want to engage with the supporters and fan groups" - and then stabs them in the back at the first opportunity. :emoticon-0119-puke:
Especially as the filthy, lying bitch DS said "I really do feel for supporters. They’re treated so badly" in a recent interview in the national press <doh>
Who the **** do they think they are, trying to out-do Chelsea and Manchester United in the rip-off stakes?

I think I get the gist of what you're saying and you certainly have a point, which I'm sure a great many fans would agree with.
What I can't quite understand is how we've come to this, when only a few seasons ago, we were such a united club from the board to the manager to the team and the fans - all one 'happy family!!' Nowadays ............

It appears that they might not be completely oblivious to the fans mood!

    http://www.canaries.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/norwich-city-southampton-ticket-prices-3511370.aspx

A club spokesman said: "The Club is proud to stand on its own two feet financially but this does require that we maintain a delicate balance between generating revenue to support the strongest squad possible and also providing the fairest prices for our loyal supporters.

"Based on supporter feedback and the low attendance, we got that balance wrong with the prices we set for our FA Cup game against Southampton on Saturday and we apologise for that. The Board have taken the decision to offer free coach travel to St Mary’s for our important replay against the Saints and we hope as many City fans as possible will make the journey to cheer on the team."

    Bah!

I wonder if one of the coaches would make a detour via W-s-M? I'd go then! <ok>
