Put all the rumours in one place....... <ok>

    here is one:

    http://sportwitness.ning.com/forum/topics/watford-looking-to-complete-double-deal-in-coming-weeks

"TMW have revealed in the last hour that Watford are looking to bring in Sassuolo defender Sime Vrsalijko, and also secure the renewal of Marco Motta at the club. Watford gained promotion to the Premier League last weekend, and it seems they already have on eye on next season despite there being one game left to play in this campaign

    .
It has been claimed that Watford have already made contract with Sassuolo over the availability of Vrsalijko, and there concrete reports that the Championship want the Croatian international. The right back has spent the past couple of seasons playing in Serie A with Genoa and Sassuolo and would be a useful addition to the Watford squad. The player has also represented his country and has earned 10 caps since he made his debut in 2011.
Watford are also working hard to keep Motta at the club for at least another season after impressing during his short time at the club. The defender only arrived in England during the winter transfer window from Italian champions Juventus but he has done enough to convince the Watford coaching staff that he could have a

at the club. Watford are already in discussions to make this happen and they will be hoping to wrap this up soon."

    Anyone know about Sime Vrsalijko?

Never heard of him, but it looks like he was quite useful against Brazil...

If these are all true, that may be the defence sorted... and Derek Payne is in for a rough time next season :)

Be interesting to see how the 1881 songwriters cope as well. Gonna have to be choir practice at this rate!

Easy - Šime Vrsaljko is said ʃi:mê ʋrsa:ʎko

    or look at this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_Serbo-Croatian

I think we will be linked with everyone jumping the good ship QPR, any other relegated Premiership team and anyone leaving any bottom half Premiership team. The fact we will be using the Pozzonet for scouting will escape most commentators - it will just be Watford cheating again.

The Observer says Slaviša Jokanović and Gino Pozzo have started talking of contracts. Which is good.

Just imagine what will happen if they do not agree. The newspapers will be lining up Ian Holloway, Harry Redknapp and Sam Allardyce and Alan Curbishley. If any appeared I would leave the forum and give up with Watford completely.

My worry was that he might have wanted to work in Spain as that's where his family is - and given his stock with the Pozzos right now i suspect they'd have given him the Granada job if he'd wanted it!

That would be a family matter no doubt. However Slav will want to pit his wits against the best and he wouldn't be doing that in the second tier of Spanish football.

Could we have a running list at the start of this threat, showing all the players with whom we are linked.

    We have two so far:
    Sime Vrsalijko
    Michael Essien

You've forgotten Juanfran - or does he not count as it's claimed he has already signed?
