So anyone hear about the Vikings defenders who decided to come up with their own game plan?

    http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...sota-vikings-dbs-ditch-mike-zimmers-game-plan

"We felt as a team, as players, we came together and we felt like we'd never done that when we played against the Packers," Rhodes said. "Us as DBs felt like we could handle him. That's how we felt as DBs that we could stay on our side and cover him. In the beginning, we'd always played against them and played our sides, so that's what we as DBs went with."

Yes, and that worked so well, you utter idiot. There's a reason why Zimmer is the coach and you're not.

The NFL season is nearly here! Where is everyone?

What are everyone's predictions for this year?

I think the mighty Chiefs will get to the playoffs again.

I'm here Chief! Agree with you that Kansas look a solid bet to squeeze into the play offs again- (assuming they kept most of their players)

My terrible 49ers are an intriguing watch. Kyle Shanahan will add plenty of ideas and ambition but there are some real **** or bust selections, not least at QB!

I hope to see them building some foundations this year and suspect if they can get anywhere close to an 8-8 season they'll be back on track.

Panthers one to keep an eye on if they fix a couple of key areas.

Haven't followed the draft at all so if anyone can shed some light at all it would be much appreciated!
