Interesting article - reading between the lines he looks like he would like to move to Feyenoord if they could afford him.
Good in depth info there... thanks Mark The stuff about tickets for occasional/long distance supporters is reassuring and works well for me: There was a concern from a Category B ticket buyer who has difficulty purchasing tickets for both himself and his Category C grandson. RW said that expanding the stadium is the honest solution, but unfortunately the club can't show the discretion towards single-match buyers that it used to, due to too many 'chancers'. After some discussion on the night, RW suggested liaising with supporters' groups to organise sales of tickets to local away games, regardless of category. Dave Messenger is very helpful
I suppose it explains the lack of English language being used by WM - and that others in high places are puzzled by it too.
How often are the Watford FC "At Your Place " meetings held - who organises them and who gets to attend? Are they all over the country? Someone told me last night's was in Basingstoke and the next one is in London. Is this club organised or fans?
Organised by various supporters groups with support from the club. The club are still keen to attend and answer questions which a good thing in an era of so much PR/money and fans often coming 2nd.
OK - so fan inspired but supported by the club. Do they always send someone to answer questions then?
Watford have announced season ticket prices - not all frozen this year - but about 3,000 are. Some Rookery fans face up to 19% increases; most it is about 5% which is two years inflation given there was no increase last year.
14th June is when the fixtures for next season's Premiership are to be published. Let's hope we are still involved!
So Success reckons he is fit enough to start games...and has a little dig at the management. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...ts_he_is_fit_to_play_full_90_minutes/?ref=rss
Wonder why he isn´t getting game time then. Does he not track back enough in WM´s opinion. There must be a good reason to it...
Strange one this - https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/31827...tford-striker-troy-deeney-stolen-lamborghini/
He does seem to get in the headlines a lot! Cathcart slotted back into the NI side and helping them to a clean sheet as we speak..
Kabasele seems to remain positive despite a difficult start at Watford - he says: "After three difficult months in Watford, I got into the tream and I am even the 3rd-highest scorer in the team in spite of my rather short playing time, I did not lose the reflexes of being an attacker. Rather worrying that he is the 3rd highest scorer despite the short playing time
Watford rumoured to be interested in signing Jack Wilshere - and Cleverley on a permanent contract - with those two surely our style of play would need to change to get the best out midfield
