John Stones finally justifies the massive outlay with his first goal for City

...that is what they signed him for, right?

  2. 3 Spammer fans just ran on the pitch. To be honest I didn't think there were any left in the HMRC Stadium <laugh>

Woke up this morning feeling **** and didn't want to get out of bed at 03:30. However, saw the result and just read this thread and now feel much better, I'm looking forward to the day now. Thank you Pornographers, you do have a place in this world.

  5. "What disappointed me the most is that we started to chase them all over the pitch and then conceded two more and it was all over."

No Slaven, what should disappoint you is the fact that for 45 minutes at least you didn't chase anything: Citeh were given the freedom of the Porn Hall. Absolutely capitulated and showed no pride whatsoever.
They have serious problems and their only salvation this season could be that there are 3 worse teams in the PL.

A typical Ashley Young dive outside the penalty area draws a free kick. The replay shows him mis-controlling the ball and that the defender didn't offer a challenge and went nowhere near him. From the commentators not a word. Nothing. Come on guys, SAF has gone. No need to hide any more.

Wayne Rooney breaks Booby Charlton's scoring record for Man Utd - although given at least 20% of Rooney's tally is made up of penalties, there needs to be an asterisk next to it.

Meanwhile, try to act surprised when reading this...

Adel Taarabt has joined Genoa on an 18-month loan in a bid to rejuvenate his career.

The former Tottenham and QPR winger, who also had loan spells with Fulham and AC Milan, joined Portuguese champions Benfica on a five-year deal in June 2015.

However, Taarabt failed to play a single match for the club's senior side after he was banished to the B team following a fall-out with the club's hierarchy amid claims of partying and fitness issues.

20% is nearer to Shearer's record (58 of his 260 PL goals)

Did Bobby Charlton score many penalties? Not sure it's a big thing against Rooney, to be honest.

    92% for Ray Stewart

Bobby Charlton scored 8 penalties (3%).

The team he scored most goals against with 15 was...............Spurs

Giroud 'downed' by a slight breeze. For a man of his size and strength it's a disgraceful attempt to cheat the officials. Booo.

That defence though. No Koscielny just means a big hole. Mostafi cost more than Walker, Rose, Alderweireld, Vertonghen and Dier combined. <laugh>
