True confused story from when I was a young boy. When I was about six years old my parents lived near to a pub which had a really nice beer garden with loads of stuff for kids to do, like swings, a slide and all that. During the long hot summers of the 1980s my dad would take me there so he could have a cheeky pint or two and I would go play on the swings with friends etc, everyone was a winner Anyway one sunny afternoon me and my dad were doing our pub visit, I remember going to the mens room with dad to have a p!ss and seeing this silver vending machine on the wall in the gents loo. Being young and inquisitive I asked what this silver vending machine was for, I think I assumed it was full of little chocolate bars or something and thats why I started pestering my dad about it. Anyway the confusion started when my father very honesty told my it was "to stop the ladies from having babies". Fair play to him for being so honest and remember I was only six years old. To this day I remember going quiet for a min or two while washing my hands. I was baffled so came back with this question to my dad... "So if this stops ladies having babies dad... why is this in the mens toilets...?" He just laughed, and to this day I still don't know why they have these vending machines that stop ladies from having babies in the blokes toilets. please log in to view this image You can see why a kid may think this sells sweets
